I contacted Assist to Sell because I was going to be listing a property and wanted to find a good, reasonably priced realtor. I was able to get an appointment relatively quickly and they offer a flexible schedule so I didn't have to miss work. I met with Michael and he was very friendly and demonstrated knowledge of the industry and current market conditions. I decided to use their a service and I was not disappointed. The house sold quicker and for more than expected. I would highly recommend their services!

Overall a great experience!! Only slight negative is there is a little too much email correspondence on the various services they're providing. It adds a little extra stress when you're concerned about missing important information during an already stressful period.

We can't say enough about Michael and his staff. He came out to meet us and see the house on a Monday night. We signed up with Assist 2 Sell with an option to pay out an extra 2% to exterior sellers to widen access to potential buyers. Our home sold in a week! and....for full asking price! The staff at Assist 2 Sell were very professional and knowledgeable. They prepared a brochure for the potential buyers that was outstanding. It addressed everything a buyer would want to know. The cost of utilities, taxes, the upgrade offered with the property, great pictures etc. We had listed with someone else the year before for a higher percentage cost. We didn't get the kind of service we received from Assist 2 Sell. We would highly recommend them.

They have great service. The house sold and I paid less in fees, for both houses I sold (one just this fall and the other a few years ago). They don't do open houses and a few other things. I read a few other reveiws. If you are looking to reduce the fees, get listed on MLS, get advice, this agent is great! If you are looking for open houses, you need a different agent. I think they do more volume of sales, so they might not get back to you right away, although I did get responses back right away, both times I used them. Thanks so much!

Hello , I just wanted to give Assist To Sell a big “!thumbs up !” This was the 4th and final house that my husband and myself have sold .. We hired real estate agent Shannon Aulby . Couldn’t have picked a better person …, she was positive .. answered my questions , texts calls or always called back asap ? Easy to talk to , extremely efficient and knew her business . No problems whatsoever. Selling your home ( even during a great market ) is still very overwhelming.. With Shannon ? I didn’t have this problem . She was very positive ,,reassuring .. can’t say enough about her . Her assistant, Patty was also very friendly .. helpful and made this experience so easy . I would highly recommend this agency to everyone … they offer different types of packages .. we went with the paying 2.5 % to the other agent , that way we had lots of “ showings “ would advise this package .., so you’re still paying the other agent as well ….
